Apex Rental Pro is a Michigan-based SaaS platform that brings inventory, quoting, contracts, scheduling, drag-and-drop tent layouts, online payments, GPS timesheets, and a customer portal into a single workflow. Founded in February 2026 by Tommy — co-owner of T&A Tent and Party Rentals — and Scott Falls, a lifelong software engineer, Apex Rental Pro was built specifically for the small and medium-sized rental companies the big-name platforms have priced out. The company is expanding from tent and event rentals into lawn care, equipment rental, and other recurring service industries. Apex Rental Pro also offers Point of Sale and website-building features so nearly any direct-to-consumer business can use the platform.
Logos
Two wordmark variants: the white-linework primary for dark surfaces, and a black-linework version for light surfaces. Match the variant to the background — never the other way around. Do not recolor the silver "RENTAL PRO" gradient on the primary wordmark.
