Email [email protected] with what you need help with. You can even just say "everything!"
2. Quick turnaround
You can expect an email response from our on-boarding team within 24 hours of submitting your request. It's a good idea to have your full inventory list, your prices, and other basic info about how you operate your business ready to send.
3. A temporary support account
Once we've confirmed the best way to help, we'll create a temporary account in your tenant named Apex Support. This account is only used during the assistance period. You're free to disable or delete it at any time, and once you're happy with how everything is set up, it will be removed automatically.
