Program Overview
Apex Rental Pro, LLC ("Apex Rental Pro", "we", "us") offers an optional text-messaging program for the people who hold an Apex Rental Pro account — the rental and lawn-care business owners and the staff they invite. When you opt in, we may send you automated text messages related to your account and the day-to-day operation of your workspace.
This program sends account, security, and operational messages to account holders. It is not a marketing or promotional texting program, and it is separate from any messages a rental business chooses to send to its own customers using other tools.
How You Opt In (Consent)
Text messages are always opt-in. We send them only after you give consent in one of these ways:
- On our website. When you create an account, you can enter a mobile phone number and check the box agreeing to receive account and service text messages. The box is optional and is not required to sign up or to use Apex Rental Pro.
- Inside the app. After signing in, you can add or confirm a mobile number and turn text notifications on in your account or notification settings. You choose whether to enable them.
Providing a mobile number and opting in is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, purchasing, or using any part of the Services. You can change your mind at any time using the opt-out steps below.
Types of Messages
If you opt in, the messages you may receive include:
- Account and security alerts — sign-in and verification codes, password or security notices, and important account notifications.
- Service and billing notices — subscription, payment, and account-status messages about your workspace.
- Operational reminders and updates — booking and job reminders, schedule changes, and other operational updates tied to the work you manage in Apex Rental Pro.
- Support replies — responses related to a support request you started.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program, and we do not sell or rent your phone number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use Apex Rental Pro and which notifications you turn on. Some messages, such as sign-in codes, are sent only when you request or trigger them. Recurring messages, such as booking or job reminders, are sent based on the events and schedules in your workspace.
Cost (Message & Data Rates)
Apex Rental Pro does not charge you to receive these text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data charges.
Opting Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will stop receiving texts from that program.
You can also turn text notifications off in your account or notification settings, or contact us at [email protected]. If you opt out, you may still receive non-text communications, such as email, and you can opt back in at any time.

Supported Carriers
Text messages may not be available on all wireless carriers, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and your device.
Privacy & Your Mobile Data
We use the mobile number you provide only to operate the messaging program described here and to deliver the account, security, service, and operational messages you opted into. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. We may share limited information with the service providers that help us deliver text messages on our behalf (for example, our messaging provider), and only so they can send the messages you requested.
Changes
We may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
